Karina Ur Holgersen
Karina’s main focus is on developing effective people practices, implementing processes that support growth, and fostering a positive and inclusive company culture. She holds a Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School and has nearly two decades of HR experience.
Gavin Alexander Innes
Gavin leads Omega Subsea’s training and competence work, focusing on structured, scenario-based training aligned with real offshore operations, with particular attention to ROV personnel. Originally from Aberdeen, Scotland, he started as an ROV pilot and later moved into engineering and management roles in the subsea industry.
Katrine Holta Bakke
Katrine focuses on recruitment and on creating a strong, supportive work environment across the company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of Stavanger, and has several years of experience in HR and personnel coordination.
Nadia Aleksandra Langbakk
Nadia leads the HR function in the UK, supporting a structured employee experience for both onshore and offshore teams while aligning HR practices with operational needs. She is a multilingual HR specialist with more than 10 years of experience from the oil and gas industry, focused on employee relations, resourcing, and compliance. Nadia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Culture and Social Science from the University of Bergen and is an Associate Member of the CIPD in the UK.
Helene Johnnysen
Helene leads onboarding for both onshore and offshore personnel at Omega Subsea, helping new starters feel welcome, included, and supported. She values a positive working environment, strong relationships, and opportunities for learning and development. Before joining Omega Subsea in 2018, she worked for Saipem for seven years, and she brings more than 15 years of experience in personnel coordination.
Carmen-Joy Holloway
Carmen is the Talent & Competence Lead, focusing on recruitment and on driving continuous development, training, and competence for offshore personnel. She has more than 10 years of experience from the offshore survey industry, with a background in personnel logistics, business administration, and HR. Carmen brings a strong operational understanding and experience in global workforce coordination.
