Meet the Team: Erlend Brandshaug Horvei
Erlend is an HSEQ Coordinator at Omega Subsea, bringing extensive experience in personnel management and safety coordination.

With a background in Tourism Management from Edith Cowan University in Australia, Erlend moved to Bergen in 2007 and began his career at Fjord Line. In 2010, he transitioned into the energy sector, taking on HR and personnel coordination roles at Archer and later SLB, where he worked for over 12 years.
Erlend joined Omega Subsea in August 2024. In his role, he supports HSEQ across projects, develops processes and systems, and serves as a safety representative at the Bergen office. He appreciates the dynamic work environment and the opportunity to enhance safety and efficiency across the company.
Outside of work, Erlend is a passionate football fan, enjoys music and concerts, stays active through personal fitness, and is a dedicated handball coach.
