Meet the Team: Caroline Stephansen
Caroline Stephansen joined Omega Subsea as a Project Manager in July! Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Subsea Engineering.
With 11 years of experience, she has a strong background in the oil and gas industry, along with some work in renewable energy, focusing on fuel cell technology. Her expertise includes design, testing, and development, particularly with subsea pump and compressor systems.
When she’s not at work, Caroline enjoys hiking with her dogs, staying active through training, and traveling.
