Meet the team: Andreas Falch
Andreas Falch began his offshore career more than a decade ago and has since gained experience in subsea operations
With a background as an ROV Pilot, Supervisor, and Project Engineer, he has worked on a wide range of subsea projects around the world. Andreas holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in subsea from UiT Narvik and is currently pursuing an Executive Master’s in Ocean Leadership at UiT
Today, Andreas works as a Field Engineer onboard the Normand Navigator, where he can also serve as an ROV Supervisor. His responsibilities include planning and executing subsea operations safely and efficiently, coordinating with the deck and ROV crews, and ensuring that all HSEQ requirements are met. He enjoys combining his technical expertise with teamwork to deliver safe, high-quality operations.
Andreas values Omega Subsea’s professional yet flexible work culture, and appreciates the trust, teamwork, and open communication between offshore and onshore colleagues.
Outside of work, Andreas is a devoted family man who enjoys cooking, good food, and spending quality time at home. Based in Northern Norway, he also loves the outdoors, whether it’s hiking in the mountains, alpine skiing, snowmobiling, or exploring nature in other ways.
