Senior Personnel Coordinator

Omega Subsea UK is currently looking for a Senior Personnel Coordinator – ROV to join our busy and growing team. This role is full-time and based in our Westhill office in Aberdeen.

The Senior Personnel Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of offshore personnel for projects. This role involves managing crew planning tool, coordination of logistics, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining up-to-date personnel records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the planning, schedule, and deployments of offshore personnel.
  • Liaise with Personnel Logistics Coordinators, and recruitment agencies to ensure crew availability.
  • Ensure all crew members have the necessary certifications, vaccinations, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update the project matrices and vessel rotas with accurate information.
  • Coordinate the booking of travel, accommodation, and transportation for offshore personnel when required with the Personnel Logistics coordinator and third parties as required.

Experience

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the offshore or maritime industry.

Personal Skills

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and relevant legislation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
