Join Our Team as a Field Engineer
We are looking for a skilled Field Engineer to support offshore construction operations from July working in rotations. If you have experience in Field Engineering offshore, we’d like to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to offshore operations, including installation, lifting and subsea construction activities
Ensure project procedures and engineering specifications are correctly implemented during offshore execution
Prepare, review, and update offshore documentation such as lift plans, task plans, and as-built reports
Ensure that lessons learned are collated on a continuous basis throughout the duration of the project
Coordinate with the vessel crew, subcontractors, and shift supervisor to ensure smooth operations
Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and HSE-related activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Marine, or equivalent)
5+ years of relevant offshore or subsea construction experience preferred
Experienced with AutoCAD
Strong understanding of offshore safety regulations and standards (IMCA, DNV, etc.)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Offshore certification requirements:
BOSIET
ENG1 or Norwegian Medical
